How can the Kick Start program help you?
You are not alone anymore. These 5 hours session with Vanessa in the comfort of your own home will give you all the support you need to re-gain control over your body and life. You will get taught personalized exercises with hand on corrections and advice from Vanessa. We will agree your goals (short and long term) and check on your progress regularly to make sure you are going to the right direction. You will also get a personalized exercise plan to create the change you want in your body quicker and efficient.
- Weekly one-to-one session with Vanessa at your home. You only need your own mat (for hygienic reasons). If needed, Vanessa will bring the equipment she thinks you need to work with.
