This video will teach the causes of a diastasis, how to check for a diastasis, the 4 step Tupler Technique® , how to incorporate the Tupler Technique® into an exercise routine so it is “diastasis safe”. To be successful with the program it is recommended to get a Diastasis Rehab Splint® , Tupler Technique® Guidebook ( cliff notes of the Tupler Technique® ) and the ongoing online support program. To speed up the healing of the connective tissue we recommend the Together Tape and Corrective Connective Tissue cream to nourish the connective tissue and prepare the skin for taping which is started in Week 4 of the program.
