Consultation
Service Description
A space to pause, listen to your body and understand what it needs. During your consultation, we’ll look at where you are now, what you’re experiencing and what you’d like to feel different. Through movement, conversation and a personalised assessment, I’ll help you make sense of what your body is telling you and find the right way forward. Whether you’re rebuilding strength after an injury, feeling disconnected from your body or simply wanting to move with more confidence, we’ll create a plan that feels right for **you**. Feel strong. Move with confidence. Be at home in your body.
