I’m Vanessa, a holistic personal trainer helping women 30+ rebuild strength, ease, and confidence after injury, burnout, or postpartum. With 20 years of experience, I blend functional movement, nervous-system–friendly training, and tension-release techniques to help you feel lighter, stronger, and more connected to your body.
Through my approach — Feel. Move. Be. — I guide you to move well, breathe deeply, and trust your body again so you can live with more freedom and resilience.
My Story
For as long as I can remember, movement has been my way of making sense of the world. It was where I felt free, alive, and most like myself. But as I grew older — and as life became heavier, fuller, more demanding — I saw how easy it was for women to lose that connection.
I watched women I cared about push through pain, dismiss their exhaustion, and carry the invisible weight of responsibility on shoulders already tight from stress. I saw them trying to be strong for everyone while quietly falling apart inside. And I recognised pieces of myself in them — the fatigue, the overwhelm, the pressure to “just get on with it.”
When I became a trainer, it became painfully clear:
Most women aren’t struggling because they’re weak. They’re struggling because they’ve been disconnected from their bodies for far too long.
We’re taught to push, to perform, to ignore the whispers of tension and the ache of burnout. We’re told to be grateful, to be busy, to be everything.
And somewhere along the way, we stop feeling at home in ourselves.
That realisation changed everything for me.
I started diving deep into the body beyond muscles and reps — into the nervous system, breath, somatics, trauma patterns, and how our life stories shape the way we move. I learned that every tight muscle carries a message, every posture reveals a history, and every woman deserves a space to release what she’s been holding onto for years.
This is how Feel. Move. Be. was born.
A gentle invitation to step out of survival mode.
To soften.
To breathe.
To rediscover strength that feels supportive, not punishing.
To move in a way that frees the body and the mind.
Today, I help women — especially those 30+ recovering from burnout, injury, or life’s emotional storms — reconnect with a body they can finally trust again. My work blends functional strength with deep softness, science with intuition, movement with meaning.
Because you are not meant to live in pain.

And your body is not the enemy — it’s the doorway back to yourself.
