I am dedicated to providing a comprehensive program utilising the Tupler Technique to treat diastasis recti and promote abdominal stability. The program is designed to help individuals reconnect and strengthen their core, which will assist in restoring their posture and improving their overall health. The program comprises four components: Education, Exercise, Diet and Splinting. Through education, individuals can understand the condition and learn how to perform the exercises properly. The exercises focus on targeted movements that will help restore the abdominal muscles and strength. The diet includes nutritional guidance to help promote healing and restore abdominal strength. Lastly, the splinting component involves wearing a specialised abdominal splint to provide additional support during healing.
