By combining exercise, mobility work, breath awareness, recovery strategies and sport massage, I help women create sustainable strength, resilience and freedom in their bodies.

Hi, I'm Vanessa

With over 20 years of experience, I help women navigate injury recovery, burnout, postpartum changes and persistent tension through movement, rehabilitation exercise and sport massage therapy.
